Norbik graduated in 1982 from the University of New South Wales in Australia and later a Master Degree from the University of Queensland. Subsequently, he received a Doctorate in Computer Security from the University of Wales in Cardiff, United Kingdom and a Professional Certificate in Software Engineering from Universite' Thales Paris. He also carries a string of professional certifications in information security and assurance.
Working experience and occupation

He started his career as an academician at UTM in 1983. He Norbik started his career as an academician in 1983. He eventually set up and became Director of the Center for Advanced Software Engineering (CASE), UTM between 1996 and 2004 where he was also responsible for lecturing and research supervision to Masters and PhD students. He has also been Visiting Professor to other universities.

As a principle founder of the Group, he helped to conceive and nurture the company until it became recognized internationally. He has contributed immensely to the growth and success of the Group. Today, Norbik is leading a team of management to re-strategize and invent a new wave of success for the Group.
