The Board of Directors of SCAN wishes to announce that Scan Crypto-Tech Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SCAN, had on 28 March 2011; being the date provided in the Certification of Change of Name and issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) changed its name to SCAN MANAGED SERVICES SDN. BHD.

 The company received the Certificate of Change of Name from the CCM on 30 March 2011.
